ADVICE BY E-MAIL

We are only able to offer e-mail advice to residents and people working in Gloucester.

We ask that you follow these guidelines when sending us an e-mail.

1.  Please give us your home or business address.

2.  Please ensure that you use a personal e-mail address to ensure privacy.

3.  Please remember that business e-mail addresses are not private and employers do have access to any information on your computer.

4.  When asking for advice on matrimonial affairs we will need to have your spouse's name and address to do a 'conflict of interest check'.  Should your spouse already have contacted us, we are unable to act on your behalf.

5.  Please do not attach any documents - we are unable to open attachments

6.  We can only deal with your personal issues - not those of relatives or friends.

Our e-mail address is  bureau@gloucestercab.cabnet.org.uk

Please allow a maximum of 14 days for us to respond.
