The following facts are not true:

• Families on benefits are paid for holidays
• Refugees are immediately given money and housing
• Girls who are pregnant are immediately given a house/flat
• When you are dismissed from your job you can immediately go to tribunal
• Bankruptcy is the solution to all debt problems
• Citizens Advice give loans to pay debts
• All interest is immediately frozen when CAB advisors are assisting with money advice
• Everyone is entitled to bank holidays
• People on benefits are paid benefits for their pets
• You cannot be dismissed from work when you are off sick
• Fathers with their names on their children's birth certificates have parental rights (this law changed in November 2003 and after this date fathers do have rights)
• You immediately have your mortgage paid when you go on benefits
• You get free prescriptions when you are off sick
